EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DIVISION:

The American Alliance is a former Vendor for the Florida Department of Education, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation providing employment services for People with Disabilities. Our organization is placing People with Special Needs in meaningful employment with long term goals and the pride of being a part of society.

The American Alliance is contracting with the Socail Security Adminsitration Employers Network and will be serving individuals with special needs in ther "Ticket to Work Program"

The American Alliance also serves the Veterans Administration Hospital in West Palm Beach Florida in placing disabled Veterans in competitive employment.

The American Alliance is bringing its mission to another level by exploring several projects with Lynn University and Florida Atlantic University for the enhancement of placing People with Disabilities into meaningful, long term employment with growth and dignity.

Currently, the Employment Services Division is operating in Palm Beach and Broward Counties; to date we have placed a 178 individuals with disabilities in meaningful and long-term employment.

The Able Trust, a Florida Foundation formed for the purpose of employing People with Disabilities, refers to us as “the Cutting Edge” in employment services. In validation of our mission, The Able Trust awarded The American Alliance a grant for $35,000.

We are growing and continue to explore new avenues to better serve people with special needs. Please join us in this exciting and meaningful challenge.
