Each
of us, at some point in our lifetime, will face medical issues that
will change our way of life and that of our loved ones. Whether
it is ourselves or a loved one that is injured in an accident or
disabled due to illness or other medical conditions (or simply the
effects of aging), one thing is certain: we will become a
part of the world of People with Disabilities.
The world that People with Disabilities live in is extremely difficult
and frustrating. Despite the wonderful intent of many agencies and
not-for-profit organizations in existence today, this large and
growing population is still treated very poorly despite the fact
that many may possess great talents, experience and personal wealth.
The American Alliance has been established to address the everyday problems facing
people with disabilities (including the aged) and those that would
provide goods and services to them and their caregivers.

| There
are many advocacy groups for the "Disabled" but none are
"grass roots", that is, being in the local community to
better the lives of People with Disabilities everyday. Our goal is
a "No Surprises" lifestyle for all members of the disabled
community and their caregivers. |

- There are no costs associated with our employment services
- You do not have to advertise(cost) for openings
- The potential new hire is screened (cost) by AAPD confirming quality employee.
- We handle any conflict resolution on job with the new hire.
- We do free job coaching of the new hire.
- We monitor employee for 90 days to confirm Employer/Employee relation is successful, longer if employer requires. If the employee is not working out, we remove the employee and the Employer does not have to speak to or address the termination with the employee.
- “The employer is eligible for a $ 2500 Tax Credit”.
You could consider it as a partial/full re-imbursement for the
salary of that new hire for after 90 days of the employment.
